Realtime captioning, communication access realtime translation (CART) can be performed remotely in different time zones, bringing people together at the same time for the same class, meeting, conference, or conference call. Globally, we do remote captioning (CART) but will travel if onsite is required. In Southern California (Pacific Standard Time) we often provide onsite captioning in addition to remote captioning as we are based in the Greater Los Angeles area.

We caption using various platforms.
  • Onsite captioning with seating options available; wireless options available, allowing CART user to have preferable seating and the option of sitting near or not sitting near the CART provider. (each individual CART user has their own preferences!)
  • For remote captioning, we offer a variety of options that best meet your organization's budget and CART/Captioning needs.
  • We stream live on the Internet.
  • We can utilize your organization's remote web spaces, if applicable.
  • We have the ability to utilize a chatbox with CART viewer during the session while remaining in the private web room.
  • Person utilizing captioning has the ability to change preferences at their end with regard to captioning display, if desired.
