We also work in concert with Sign Language presenters and Oral Interpreters
who use CART to complete the communication access loop or provide ASL interpreters as needed.

The attendees were learning about telephones for the home which have a captioning screen attached so that participants can "read" the telephone conversation.
Prior to the video being shown, the gentleman on the right presented in American Sign Language while oral interpreters "voiced" the presentation into audible English. Concurrently, we captioned the spoken words into readable English which was projected onto the large screen on the far left.
The Process :
American Sign Language (ASL) -----> Oral Interpreters -----> Captioned presentation to large screen.
